All returns that can be categorized as being in new and re-sellable condition (packaging and products are both intact)) for KidPowered.com can be returned, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned items that are categorized as used (packaging and/or products are damaged, opened, or non-resellable as brand new) are subject to higher restocking fees, or may not be eligible for return at all. New Return

We always recommend using a trackable shipping service to track your package's progress. Additionally, insurance is recommended for high-value shipments. You can generate and print a Pre-Paid Return label and use this label to return your item to us. You will be charged $9 if you choose to use this label to return your items to us. You are welcome to return the item with your own label which will not incur any Return Shipping charge.

Please note that original Shipping Fees cannot be refunded for products that are delivered within the original delivery window estimate provided during checkout.

In most situations, buyers will be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount will be deducted from the refund. The Standard Restocking fee is 20%, and Shipping Fees are not refundable.
